§ 2.06.100. Public hearings for improvements other than street improvements.

Council shall hold a public hearing and consider the objections and remonstrances, if any, at the time and place specified in the notice.

The Council may approve, deny or modify the order to carry out the planned improvement subject to the adoption of a resolution as required by Section 2.06.090.
